01Fit comes first
Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch and other smartwatch families do not share one universal connector. Include the model, generation and case size in your inquiry. For Samsung and other models, also provide lug width and attachment details where available.
02Build a coherent collection
Discuss silver-tone or dark finishes, link proportions, clasp options and logo placement. A reference photo communicates the look; an agreed specification defines what will be supplied.
03Your quotation checklist
Send the watch model and connector version, reference photo or sample, band dimensions, clasp type, material grade, finish reference and quantity by color. Add any logo or packaging requirements. Drawings and physical samples help us review design changes before agreeing on the sample scope.
04Samples before production
Typical custom sample runs start at 50 pieces; production typically starts at 200. Quantities depend on the design. Use samples to review connector fit, adjustment, clasp operation and appearance before confirming the production specification.

Discuss STB-004 ↗Case-size groups are catalog references, not a guarantee that every generation uses the same connector. Include the exact Apple Watch generation and case size. For Samsung or another smartwatch, send its model and connection details for a separate compatibility review. Color names describe appearance, not a confirmed coating process.
Questions before you order
Are these official Apple Watch bands?
No. These are independent third-party band styles. Apple and Samsung names identify compatibility requirements, not brand authorization or endorsement.
Can I order mixed colors?
Send the quantity required for each color and connector version. The listed starting quantity applies to the style; the permitted mix must be confirmed before ordering.
How is fit confirmed?
Share the exact device model and review connector engagement, wrist adjustment and clasp function on the agreed sample. A case-size number alone is not sufficient to approve fit.
CHOOSE A STARTING REFERENCE
Which smartwatch band should you sample?
Start with a catalogue reference, then confirm the device connection and order specification. These references describe different product directions; they are not interchangeable approvals for every watch model.
- STB-002 — steel collection: a starting point for buyers comparing a 304 stainless steel Apple Watch band with multiple catalogue colour options. Confirm the chosen colour, connector and clasp on the sample rather than assuming every combination is available.
- STB-003 — titanium alloy reference: an alternative material direction for a separate product line. The catalogue identifies titanium alloy; confirm the exact material specification and finished sample weight if those are important to your product claims. Do not describe it as pure titanium without supporting documentation.
- STB-004 — slim steel styling: a reference for buyers seeking a slimmer visual profile in 304 stainless steel. Confirm the actual band width, connector dimensions and wrist adjustment range before approving artwork or packaging.
For Samsung or another smartwatch, send the exact device model and connection details for a separate assessment. An Apple Watch catalogue reference does not establish compatibility with another brand. For conventional watch cases, explore our metal watch bracelet options.
Approve the fit before approving the bulk order
- Identify the device. Provide the complete watch model, generation and case size, plus clear connection photographs. If your collection covers several devices, list each one individually.
- Check a physical sample. Review connector engagement and retention on the intended watch, case clearance, link movement, clasp operation and the usable wrist adjustment range. Record which device was actually checked.
- Approve the complete variant. Record the catalogue reference or drawing revision, material, colour and finish, connector, clasp, logo placement and packaging. Approving one connector or finish should not silently approve another.
- Keep a repeat-order reference. Retain the approved sample and written specification. Review any proposed material, connector or finish change before the next production run.
What should your first inquiry include?
Send one line for each required variant: product reference, exact watch model, connector, colour, quantity and packaging. Add your logo file and any target launch date, identifying requirements that are essential versus optional. We can then review feasibility and sampling requirements without treating catalogue images as a final production specification.
Use the watch band sizing and compatibility guide to prepare device information, and agree the inspection and acceptance checklist before production.
