What are your minimum order quantities?
Custom sample runs typically start at 50 pieces, subject to project confirmation. Listed band references start at 200 or 300 sets depending on style; the separate clasp reference has a minimum of 500. Confirm the selected product, variant quantities and order unit with Leon.
Which watch models can you make bands for?
Our range covers Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, other smartwatch families and traditional watches. Send the exact model, case size or lug width. We confirm the matching connector and dimensions for your project — different models may require different bands.
Can you develop a design from my drawing?
Yes, we review drawing-led projects as well as logo, color and structural customization. Feasibility, materials, tooling costs, sample pricing and estimated lead time are confirmed before ordering.
How are shipping and payment arranged?
Shipping method, destination and payment terms are agreed in your quotation. Freight, duties and taxes are included only when explicitly stated.
