Typical OEM project flow (European watch accessory brand)

The scenario below shows how a wholesale buyer in Europe might run a private-label steel band line with StrapOEM. Numbers, dates, and identities are omitted on purpose.

Starting point

A buyer plans a small collection of aftermarket smartwatch bands for retail packaging in the EU. They want two link profiles in steel/silver and black, with their logo on a deployant clasp and custom boxes. They contact StrapOEM through the inquiry form with reference photos and target markets.

Style selection

StrapOEM matches the references to buildable in-stock shapes and confirms connectors for the watch models they list (compatibility described as bands for Apple Watch and for Samsung Galaxy Watch in their brief). MOQ on request is confirmed for each colorway. Material grade for the order is chosen from the 201–316 range and recorded on the quotation. Price is quoted EXW.

Sampling

The buyer orders samples for both profiles in both finishes. Samples are ready 7 days after payment. They fit each sample on the intended watch case, check clasp function, and approve logo placement on the clasp. Minor link adjustments are noted and agreed before bulk.

Logo and packaging

Logo artwork is applied to the clasp per the approved sample. Packaging artwork is supplied by the buyer; StrapOEM follows the agreed pack-out for bulk.

Bulk delivery

Production runs to the signed specification, with OEM production from 15 days after payment. Pre-shipment inspection covers dimensions, finish, clasp function, and counts. The buyer’s forwarder collects EXW; the buyer handles freight and import from there.
