Order quantities
Typical starting points are 50 pieces for custom sample runs and 200 for production. Actual requirements depend on the style and customization. Ask about availability and smaller quantities for standard styles.
Send a brief we can work from
Include the catalog reference, exact watch model or lug width, target quantity and preferred color. For a traditional watch, a case drawing or end-link dimensions help with fit review. For Apple Watch, include the generation as well as the case size. Attach your reference images or drawings by email or WhatsApp; the website form accepts a written brief.
If you need branding, describe the logo location and send editable artwork. For a planned launch, include the desired delivery date and destination. These details help define the project; final specifications, quantities and timing still require confirmation.
Catalog band minimums vary by reference: STB-002, STB-003, STB-004 and STB-005 start at 200 sets, while STB-001 and STB-006 start at 300 sets. The ACC-001 clasp minimum is 500, with the order unit to be confirmed. Custom sample runs are discussed separately.

What if I do not have a drawing?
Send a clear product reference and the watch model. Tell us which details you want to retain or change. We can then identify what additional measurements are needed.
Does clicking WhatsApp send my inquiry?
No. It opens WhatsApp or prepares a draft. Review it and press Send there. For the website form, wait for the received confirmation and reference number.
