Custom watch bands.
Your design in the details.

Custom stainless steel watch bands for brands and wholesale collections. Start with a picture, physical sample, drawing or written brief, then review the fit, appearance and branding before sample development.

01

Logo & artwork

Share vector artwork, preferred placement and approximate dimensions. The available marking method and visible result depend on the component and finish; agree the artwork position before sampling.

02

Color & surface

Supply a finish reference and explain where you want brushed, polished or contrasting surfaces. Confirm the material grade and finishing method in writing. Photographs and screens are visual references, not exact color standards.

03

Construction & fit

Changes to links, clasps, connectors or end links may require development and tooling. Share drawings when available. Feasibility, sample scope and any tooling costs should be settled before ordering.

04

Packaging & order scope

Describe individual packing, branding and any labeling requirements. Identify which items are included in the price. Starting quantities vary with the design; standard styles and custom structures can have different requirements.

Choose what changes, and what stays the same

Start with a catalog reference when the existing structure already suits your project. For STB-002, for example, identify the watch generation, connector version and preferred color before discussing the logo. For a traditional bracelet, begin with the watch case and end-link fit. This keeps visual changes separate from structural development.

A brushed surface and a mirror-polished surface reflect light differently. Mark the areas to receive each finish on a drawing or annotated photo. For two-tone designs, identify each color area rather than relying on a color name alone. Agree a physical sample as the appearance reference before production.

For logo work, provide editable artwork and the proposed marking location. For packaging, specify individual protection, labels and any brand artwork. We review feasibility and the sample scope for the selected band; a customization request does not mean every component or finish combination is available.

From your reference to a production-ready specification

Whether you are adapting an existing metal watch band or developing a new structure, separate design decisions from production approval. Here is how to prepare each step.

1. Send your picture, sample, drawing or brief

Identify the watch model, required dimensions, preferred link style and target quantity. Mark the details that must match your reference and those that can change. If a drawing is not available, start with clear photos and list the missing measurements.

2. Review feasibility and missing information

We discuss the case connection, material, finish, clasp, branding and packaging. Structural changes may need additional drawings, a mating component or tooling review. The next step is an agreed specification and sample scope.

3. Agree on the sample plan

Confirm what the sample will demonstrate, the number required and the project-specific timing. Identify the fit and appearance checks to complete before approving production.

4. Review the sample and record revisions

Check the agreed dimensions, connector engagement, clasp operation, finish and artwork. Keep one revision list and identify the approved sample and drawing version in writing.

5. Confirm the batch order and delivery requirements

Agree on quantities by variant, packaging, inspection scope and delivery arrangements. Final minimum quantities and timing follow the selected design and confirmed order.

Questions before you order

Can you work from an existing sample?

Yes, sample-based production is part of our service. Explain which dimensions, appearance and functional details must match, and which may change. A review is required before committing to the project.

Is the MOQ the same for every custom project?

No. Catalog band references start at 200 or 300 sets depending on style. Custom sample runs have a typical starting point of 50 pieces, subject to project confirmation. Tooling and new structures may change the requirement.
